Point Grey Masters continue to set club records and personal best times. Rob Watt ran a personal best and finished 2nd in his age group at the BMO Sunshine Coast April Fools Run with a 1:28 for the half marathon distance. He also ran a 38:46 in the Sun Run. At the Shaughnessy 8km on May 27th he finished 4th in hi age group in 31:12.

Bev Barnes finshed 2nd in her age group at the BMO Vancouver Marathon 8km in 40:09 on May 5th. Deb Nielsen ran a 1:47:32 half marathon at the BMO Vancouver Marathon.

Carey Nelson ran a 4:24.9 1500m at the UBC Last Chance Meet on May 10th and he finished first in his age group at the Shaughnessy 8km in 28:07.

Point Grey Masters will be racing more of the Lower Mainland Road Racing Series (http://www.lmrrs.com/index.htm)� over the summer. Rob Watt is ranked 1st in the 50 to 54 age group after race #4 of the series� and Bev Barnes is ranked 3rd.
